Business structure for personal investing and assisting entrepreneurs in business start-up activities. Current activities include Unwired-Office, a SaaS company integrating cellular phones with enterprise PBX systems and 4thwith, a business social networking company.

2006 - 2009

EVP Sales & Marketing

Strata8 Networks, Inc.

Co-founded wireless telephone company utilizing Licensed Spectrum—developed business plan and assisted in raising over $12 million (VC). Managed team—built and promoted brand, developed business cases, product requirements, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Built Channel strategy—identified markets, partners and tactical strategies for Agents and Resellers. Presented company vision, business plan, products and services to the press, analysts, and Venture Capital funds in Seattle and Silicon Valley.

2005 - 2006


Assisted in positioning telephone company for acquisition—re-organized from CLEC to VoIP service provider, including: Marketing strategy, Network Operations, and Customer Service. Created and implemented management reporting and internal communication procedures and policies. Created and managed sales and sales engineering team.

Created marketing plans for VoIP product line—Marketing campaigns, financial models, business cases, product requirements documentation, pricing, collateral and training materials. Trained Channel—creating training materials and directly trained the SAVVIS nation-wide sales managers and sales engineers.

TelcoOnline, Inc.

Founded web-based business for provisioning telecommunication circuits—developed conceptual technology, business plan and financial models, raised $3.4 million (Angel & VC), and developed strategic partnerships. Presented company vision, business plan, products and services to the press, analysts, high net-worth individuals, large investor groups and Venture Capital funds in Seattle and Silicon Valley.

Developed web-based telecommunications management system—created conceptual technology based on identified business efficiency problems of telephone company Agents. Developed early web-based CRM application with fully functional contact and activity based tracking. Created for searching and displaying industrial manufacturer and manufacturer representative information.

Active Telemanagement

Managed sales for Active Voice spin-off of Call Accounting software company—developed channels into the Interconnect (phone system VARs), legal, hotel and enterprise markets. Wrote User/Administrator manual for Syntu Corporation’s Magic™ call processing, call accounting system (Active Telemanagement OEM).

As an experienced professional, he has developed into a cross-functional entrepreneur who utilizes sales, marketing, financial and technical skills—and interacts with multi-discipline teams—to capitalize on new business opportunities.Andrew has experience selling into Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon and Google; including C-level executives and technical and operational leads in companies of all sizes. He also has experience selling telecommunications product and services focused on the healthcare industry.

His most recent position was VP Sales and Marketing for Strata8 Networks, a cellular carrier providing in-building wireless systems which integrate with enterprise PBX systems.
