General Manager of ICT Services Argentina, an ICT Group company with focus in Providing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services for the local market and international companies through nearshore offshore model. Responsible for leading the Argentinean business unit including full operational and P&L responsibility. This includes growing the business and maximizing revenue generation and operating profit, while creating new/expanding current service offering.

Record of accomplishment in developing and sustaining C-level customer relationships and broad business strategic relationships while successfully leading critical and complex negotiations.

Responsible to make the transition from a local & familiar company to an international company through global standards processes and methodologies implementation, respecting the local culture and the former company expertise.

Includes providing leadership in determining market requirements, services capabilities and future industry developments and trends including the ability to evaluate and proactively respond to market changes. Overall, I am ultimately responsible for the successful leadership of sales, recruiting and administrative functions to increase business, while continuing to develop the offshore project based work and new packaged offerings.

Sales VP

EDS Brazil

Since I started in 1997 in EDS I occupied several postions. The last one (between 2005 and 2006) was Sales Vice-President.

I this position I was responsible for the Sales organization in Brazil, Argentina and Chile with national coverage and cross industries responsibility. Responsible to restructure the sales organization, including processes, tools and the team. Under my leadership the country experienced significant business growth with special focus in new logos, based in strong relationship and value added proposals.

The 2005 results:

-          108% of TCV (Total Contract Value) achievement

-          115% of ABR (Annual Book Revenue)

-          US$1,8 billion in qualified pipeline

-          US$100 million in New Contracts signed.

1995 - 1997

Technology Director


As Technology Director was responsible to manage the delivery team including: business analysts, system programmers and multimedia designers. During this period the team developed the first virtual supermarket of Brazil, initially using CD-ROM technology, and a second version based on Internet. A dozen of similar systems using multimedia technology were developed in this period.

Also as part of my responsibility I supported the sales organization in several deals, including the virtual supermarket.

During that period occupied several positions in IT organization. In the latest years in the company I was focused in the business strategy definition aiming consistent growth and company consolidation. Also I was assigned to coordinate a IT international program in Panama in 1993/4.
