Major activities involved relationship management and setting up redemption procedures. Took initiatives to create alliances for increased presence & viral growth with focus on survey, Research, Database rentals and Event management.

  • Coined the name ‘Green Card’ and managed India’s significant loyalty programme. Increased members’ contribution from 8% to 39% within 8 months of launching of the programme across 13 stores
  • Maintained average contact rate as twice/month where traffic increased to 1.5 times a month
  • Pioneer in the industry to start the process of retailing clothes from movies.
  • Instrumental in the biggest merchandising deal of total worth of 1crore for the movie ‘Na Tum Jano Na Hum’
