Arranged scheduling ; whether, client appointments with estimator or work schedules of employees. I also assured clients of concerns or problems dealing with pricing bids, longevity of equipment, and sometimes basic enquires, such as, diversity of equipment . Duties also included the following,  recording  inventory going in and out, scheduling  employee work dates and appointments,  and recording yearly records of company expenses.  The writing of written records were recorded along with other needed information to complete transactions. Client follow - ups were given  to inform clients further if needed of the process at hand. This was a volunteering position.
