Cooking food and handing meals to people who are unavailable to feed themselves. The job also constitutes a conversation with strangers in order to familiarize yourself with them and have a good natured conversation together regarding each others lives.

Japanese Exchange

Owada International High School
Undertaking an exchange through my school enabled me to understand the ways of Japan as well as learning more of the language and its culture. Living with a Japanese family opened my eyes to the harsh realities of a Japanese lifestyle compared to my own and allowed me to appreciate the opportunities I have in Australia. It served to be an amazing experience that greatly enhanced and nurtured my Japanese learning capacity whilst giving me insight into the life of another culture on an intimate level.
