  • Coordinate the collection and analysis of performance metrics related to all marketing endeavors. 
  • Manage and monitor city messaging via social media to inform/educate the public, while providing real-time customer service through these mediums.

I started out at Texas A&M University in Galveston for degree in Marine Biology. I wanted to study sharks. About two years in, I decided that I missed my agriculture roots and changed my major to Agriculture Communications and Journalism.


Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT), Texas A&M University President  |  January 2008 - May 2009

  • Provided leadership to 47 active members, including seven officers.

  • Oversaw and assisted in organizing: National ACT Convention trip, National ACT Professional Development Conference trip, an etiquette dinner, canned food drive and Christmas children's book drive.
