Summary

Proactive, responsible, professional, prepared and efficient; these are the five words that describe me. My Professional way started in Honda Portugal, where I was responsible for After-Sales Strategy and Marketing (when in this position my most relevant work was the creation of the current parts and accessories Pricing System for all Europe). Then I was hired by Ford Portugal, where I still work as CRM and Below-the-Line Communication Responsible. Here my most relevant achievements, in two and a half of work, are the implementation of the CRM tool/philosophy/procedures in all the Portuguese Ford dealers, the creation of Ford Look and Style websites for the entire dealer network, the coordination of the 2006 and 2008 International Lisbon Motorshows, the activation of UEFA Champions League Ford Sponsorship in all the Portuguese venues and 2006 UEFA Under-21 European Championship. I was prepared to my professional life by a solid educational background, which started with a degree in Economics, continued with an International Marketing course (taken in Rotterdam) and a post-graduation course in Marketing Management. Lately it was completed with a master course in Marketing. The professional background in highly demanding multinationals companies/environments and the theoretical training in top Portuguese Universities, show that I am prepared to face all the professional challenges that stand before me.

Ford Ford Portugal Projects:

-Ford C.R.M. Project definition and implementation – it included objectives/strategy drawing, implementation controlling, results monitorization and future developments definition;

- Ford online presence development- Redefinition of Ford Portugal website objectives, strategy, architecture and contents; Development and implementation of Ford dealers websites; Used Cars online sales tool and other customer interaction tools introduction;

-UEFA Sponsorship Coordination – Brand presence definition and sponsorship activation actions implementation in organizations such as World Rally Championship (WRC: Portuguese Event), UEFA Champions League (2006/2007; 2007/2008 all Portuguese clubs matches), 2006 UEFA Under-21 European Football Championship.

Honda Portugal Projects:

-Genuine Honda Oil introduction in the Portuguese market-Business case and studies development; objectives, strategy and marketing plan definition; commercial long-term objectives calculation and negotiation with Honda dealer network; Implementation.

-Loyalty Events organization - Named Honda Day (2004 and 2005), it was the major loyalty event of Honda in Portugal ever.
