  • Reinstated the group's financial credibility with the design and implementation of a top management reporting system, that serves as the primary analytical tool managers use to set goals, make decisions, and monitor performance; reports were based on financial and operating reports which were upgraded and standardized.
  • Streamlined and upgraded departmental systems and procedures, increasing efficiency, accelerated monthly financial results reporting to 3 days (50% improvement), and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of Internal reporting.
