-Developed new brand strategy, providing creative consistency across all advertising, promotional and sales collateral materials.

-Brought all creative development and media services in-house, dramatically increasing productivity, efficiency and saving nearly $150,000 of the departmental budget over a two-year period.

-Redesigned media plan, electing to follow a push rather than a pull strategy (focused on distribution channels) resulting in savings of nearly $75,000 annually.

-Launched multiple key marketing programs that generated nearly $2 million in gross new business revenue within a 12-month period.

-Led development of custom database to monitor all activities and ROI for agency marketing co-op program.

-Implemented department policy of negotiating for end-quantity pricing on specialty advertising goods. Resulted in savings of approximately $20,000 over a two-year period.

-Replaced printing service provider, realizing a 30% cost savings year after year.

-Successfully drafted, executed and managed strategy to announce company's name change. Entire campaign including, public relations, advertising and the replacement of all sales collateral materials, business forms and stationery completed within three months.
