Ed Butowsky

Ed Butowsky is a nationally-recognized expert in investment management. Butowsky has been in the financial services industry for over 22 years. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley and a Managing Director at Bear Stearns. In his 18 years at Morgan Stanley, he was the firm’s top producer nationally as well as the first advisor to surpass one billion dollars in assets under management and was a member of both the Chairman’s Club and the Equity Club. He is currently the Financial Literacy Representative for several professional sports organizations including the National Basketball Association and was recently featured in the Sports Illustrated article, “How (and Why) Athletes Go Broke.” He is a frequent guest on CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox Business News, FOX News Channel, and Bloomberg TV. He has lectured at Yale University and NYU Stern School of Business and also speaks around the country to financial advisors on how to increase their assets under management and build their businesses.
