As data warehouse business owner, ensured data warehouse ROI exceeded business case by 485%. Calculated customer profitability, showing 5% of high-spending customers were unprofitable. Customer acquisition rates up 38% & new customer revenue up 90% in 4 months by applying segmentation to campaigns. Churn of top 4% of customers reduced by half.Built behavioral segmentation models which identified best 9% of customers who generated 48% of revenue. Average turnaround of campaigns reduced from 2 months to 1 week by turning around a tenuous relationship between Marketing & IT. Implemented prospect database by managing relationships with New Zealand data providers and services agencies.  Data warehouse usage up 300% through dashboard interface design & training. Team grew from 1 part-time to 4 full-time analysts.
