  • Project Leader for “Global Corolla” Manufacturing preparation, coordinating sub-leaders in charge of South America and overseas Asia plants;
  • Developed the manufacturing strategy for those plants, together with TMC specialists, and deployed this strategy to overseas plants through regular meetings and plant visits;
  • Co-managed this Project with TMC senior management, preparing regular reports and getting technical and financial agreement and approval from TMC top management;
  • Specialized in industrial Project management in TMC, from early Project stages (Simultaneous Engineering), performing all the cost, quality and manufacturing planning, applying the TPS concepts through the whole Project lifecycle;
  • Studied the application of Simultaneous Engineering and Virtual Manufacturing in TMC, in order to introduce those concepts to local operation;
