As the Residency Coordinator in the Department of Surgery I supervised 40 resident doctors and 130 medical students annually.  I managed the budget for the Residency Program.  Participated in all aspect of the reaccreditation process.  Created and maintained handbooks and marketing brochures.  Coordinated and processed NIH grant applications and pharmaceutical clinical trials.
