I possess a strong understanding of access to electronic resources and information in different digital formats. I am passionate about information organization and access, and I have been focusing on making the information available for library users anywhere and anytime they need it. Customer satisfaction requires a high standard of customer service skills. Self-confidence and very well familiarity with the topic are my main advantages when communicating with a diverse body of library users. Customer satisfaction will remain as the most important priority for me. I have gained an insight into library management, use of information technologies in academic libraries and the day-to-day running of a library. I have been working with “Millennium” integrated library system (ILS) for more than a year. I completed my training on modules including Electronic Resource Management (ERM), Cataloging, Administration, Circulation and Acquisitions. I am also involved in staff recruitment, training on “Millennium,” customer service and satisfaction ensuring the overall running of the library is efficient and enjoyable for users.
