Summary

Scouting out possible employment as a leader of a small group of IT professionals working together in an office environment. Along with my team I hope to Implement a system that allows employees rapid access to a database of consumer information. As well as facilitate and training for new software along with maintaining said software.

Durring a period of transition from one employee to another, I managed a database of over 20,000 student accounts. Durring this period I sent out monthly collection letters, responded to student inquires, communicated with multiple departments, as well as ascertained the cause of erroneous charges.
