Developed and implemented international QA standards (ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP) in companies from wide range of industries (fishery, fish food production and fish products industry, cosmetics and chemistry, tourism, administrative) that resulted in companies' enhanced market positioning

Prepared over 20 Quality Audit Plans, conducted internal audits and proposed preventive/corrective actions, which contributed to performance consistency and continual improvement of processes

Trained and administered senior and middle management employees from 5 different industries in following and adapting to QA policy and procedures

Provided leadership and operational support to QA Department staff of 7, who were in charge of document management system (scanning, coding and electronic archiving), intranet and internet

Accepted regular monthly reports from 90 branches, evaluated and analyzed all data related to their efficacy and efficiency and generated Monthly Statistical Report of Branch Successfulness, that:   - resulted in significant cutting of 5% of the overall costs  - represented essential ground for branch evaluation process and Internal Employee Rewarding Plan

Created PowerPoint presentations, presented and facilitated MEBA Manager Course to more than 120 Branch Managers, for 3 months, on topics related to organization of the bank and QA principles:  - "Organizational Structure, Main Business Processes and Correlation Among Depts. in the Bank"  -  "Intranet, Advance of Using Internal Network in Distribution of QA Documents"

Involved in a different project teams, suggested and recommended steps, which contribute databases to be accorded to QA requirements. Result was development of:  -  database of all tested candidates (for HR Dept.),  -  database of all client reports (for Risk Control Dept.),  -  database of all distributed ISO docs and implemented improvements (for Quality Control Dept.),which multiply accelerated and made more accurate all operational activities in related departments

Organized and led student apprenticeship program in coordination with 2 local Faculties, introduced more than 15 students in basic information on business of banking, reviewed their time logs and practice tasks and made reports for HR Department about students activities, dedication and progress

Developed procedures for capturing and coding of all bank's documentation for archiving, coordinated establishing archive storage for more than 3.000 directories and folders and over 1.500.000 documents
