Since I've been working with the public for almost 10 years, I have learned the professional ways of handling upset and happy guests, and how to make sure the problems are fixed appropriately and in a timely fashion.  I always put their needs first, since they are the ones that help us stay in business!


I love busy work, where I always have something to do.  I tend to do my best work when I have a set due time and flowing work where there's not much down time. 

Working with the public, because it helps me on my communication skills and I love hearing and getting different views and opinions.


To find my career of working in a business/finance field with fellow teammates.  I love daily challenges and tasks and I'm hoping to find a career to meet my criteria, and I can become a big help in the business.

Took care of the guests in the bar setting.  Handled my own cash drawer and had to count it down at the end of every shift to make sure there was the right amount in there from all the transactions.  Attend to the need of the guests to make sure they are fully comfortable and happy with their drinks and dining experience.

George's Family Restaurant

Attended to guests as soon as they walked in.  I sat them in their preferred area and brought drinks.  Made sure they were happy with their order and when they finished I took their money and made sure they were happy with their experience to where they would return again.
