Programme, planning and forecasting strategy for Core Investment Period (CIP) and routine highways maintenance of the £2 billion pound PFI Sheffield Contract. Responsible for production, planning, scheduling and control the Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases for multi-disciplined projects within Core Investment Period.

Responsibility : -
• PMO (Project Management Office) Strategic Planning, Data Analyst and Business Improvements.
• Analyzed the impact and extent of owner and subcontractor delays and major schedule changes.
• Communicate and promote the use of Project Schedules and reports to project managers.
• Tracked, analyzed and reported information timely to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluation of weekly reports.

The transport hub will become one of the major interchange activities in England that provides different types of transport link. Dissertation includes Data Analysis / Research and Feasibility Study of the strategies and integration aspect to improve transport interchange in Guildford. Analysis of proposed solution included evaluate the optimum benefits for an integrated transport system and suitability to provide better interchange for model change.

Project : Candidates final year project involved designing a typical underground car park constructed conventionally in reinforced concrete. All aspects of this project were considered including alternative methods for preventing water ingress and specifying methods for structural fireproofing. Safe methods of construction and buildability issues were evaluated throughout the design concept stage of this project.
