Programme, planning and forecasting strategy for Core Investment Period (CIP) and routine highways maintenance of the £2 billion pound PFI Sheffield Contract. Responsible for production, planning, scheduling and control the Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases for multi-disciplined projects within Core Investment Period.

Guildford has been identified as a transport hub and interchange for future planning to sustain the development and economic growth in London and South East of England. The transport hub will become one of the major interchange activities in England that provides different types of transport link. Dissertation includes Data Analysis / Research and Feasibility Study of the strategies and integration aspect to improve transport interchange in Guildford. Analysis of proposed solution included evaluate the optimum benefits for an integrated transport system and suitability to provide better interchange for model change.

All aspects of this project were considered including alternative methods for preventing water ingress and specifying methods for structural fireproofing.
