Iroquois owns and operates a natural gas pipeline which extends through CT, NY, and up to the Canadian border where it connects with the TransCanada pipeline.  Iroquois leases the pipeline to major energy utility companies in the Northeast.

As a consultant for Iroquois I was brought on to augment their IT staff since they did not have a techno-functional analyst to customize their JDE Service Management, Inventory Management and Workflow modules. I also provided formal JDE Foundations training for all employees.

Project Highlights:

I was brought on to be their lead applications developer and systems analyst on the final stages of their JDE EnterpriseOne implementation and Post Go-Live initiatives.  I had mainly a techno-functional role to support and enhance the JDE Inventory Management, Service Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Order Processing modules.

Senior Systems Analyst

PanAmSat / Intelsat

PanAmSat, a global commercial satellite operator, was acquired by Intelsat in July 2006. Intelsat owns and operate over 50 satellites and have contracts with domestic and international companies in the Media, Entertainment, Telecommunications, and Military industries.

I was brought on as a systems analyst to help with the enterprise-wide implementation of JDE OneWorld from a Legacy-based Accounting system. My primary focus during the JDE implementation was to work with managers in Accounting, Finance, and Purchasing to configure their respective modules.  I also assisted with data migration from the Legacy-based accounting system to JDE.  During the course of the next six years I led various projects for interfaces to JDE Accounting modules from proprietary systems, JDE automated receipt processing, report and application development for Accounting, Finance, and Inventory, and migrating the reports and customizations during the OneWorld to EnterpriseOne upgrade. At PanAmSat I gained a thorough understanding of the JDE database and table structure, wrote various SQL queries and ad-hoc SQL reports, and developed Crystal Reports for Accounting, Finance, and Purchasing.

Project Highlights:

• Systems analyst for the JD Edwards implementation of Financials and Accounting.

• Project lead for interfaces between proprietary systems and JD Edwards Accounting.

• Project lead for the design and implementation of the Automated Cash Receipts process.

Programmer Analyst

Executone / Inter-Tel

Executone, a business phone and paging manufacturing company, was acquired by Inter-Tel in 2000.  Inter-Tel was subsequently merged with Mitel Networks in 2007.

As the programmer analyst for Executone, my primary role was to develop custom reports and modify existing applications on the Legacy-based accounting system.  After about six months the company decided to implement SAP R/3 for Accounting, Finance, Order Processing, Inventory, and Service Management.  My role shifted to more of a techno-functional analyst on the Accounting and Inventory modules as we went through the implementation.  With my expertise in the Legacy-based database and table structure, I assisted with the data migration in those areas.  Following the year-long implementation of SAP, I was responsible for the system analysis as well as report and application development in SAP for Accounting and Inventory. During my time at Executone I gained a thorough understanding of the SAP database and table structure and used this knowledge to run SQL queries and ad-hoc SQL reports for Accounting, Sales, and Inventory. After the acquisition of Executone by Inter-Tel we were then asked to assist with the data migration from SAP to Oracle Financials.  I assisted with the data migration for Accounting.

Project Highlights:

• Developer of Legacy-based reports and applications in Accounting and Sales.

• Systems analyst on the implementation of SAP in Accounting and Inventory.

• Systems analyst and developer of SAP reports and applications in Accounting and Sales.

• Developer of SQL queries and ad-hoc reports for Accounting, Sales, and Inventory.
