I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, License Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and owner of Mindful Eater LLC. I have a BS in Marketing from University of West Florida as well as a BS in Food and Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am passionate about helping people take back control of their diet mostly through one on one counseling, conducting group classes, and managing food and nutrition booths at wellness fairs. I am a big proponent of coaching the basics of cooking as well as purchasing as many local and organic foods as possible. I also take a holistic approach and help instill many lifestyle changes that ultimately will aid in sustaining original health goals. I also am a certified LEAP therapist that specializes in  food sensitivities, migraines, digestive health, and fibromyalgia.
