Act as liaison between Wayne County and the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on all areas concerning emergency declarations,  response, recovery and mitigation to all threats to Wayne County residents. Coordinate with all local response agencies on homeland security issues, possible threats (manmade and natural) and response and recovery efforts to those threats . Manage the E911 emergency dispatch call center and provide for the appropiate training for all E911 emergency dispatchers..

Have extensive experience in managing personnel.   1999-2001  Managed an aircraft support equipment repair facility with over 30 personnel. Responsible for maintaining all support equipment used in the service, maintenance and movements of aircraft on and around flight operations area. Responsible for appropiate level training for all personnel assigned to division.   2001-2004  Managed an Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Group. Responsible for the daily maintenance efforts, logistical support and manpower management for a total of over 500 personnel. Responsible for ensuring that all personnel were trained to the appropiate level for the group. Included conducting many training courses that were skill specific as well as training on military specific subject matter.    2004-2008  Owned and operated my own party rental company.    2008-Present  Director of Emergency Management Agency and E-911 dispatch center. Responsible for coordinating all emergency response agencies in Wayne County and managing all E-911 dispatchers.
