 I have explored and been submerged into many domains, ranging from restaurant management at numerous companies, to handling customer support, supplies and staff support for a medium sized company, to directly managing a large sized team and all the necessary business aspects that come with it. I am a well-rounded individual with intermediate experience in a vast range of domains that thrives in a more modern results-driven environment.

I wa in charge of logistics and branch development, helping create and launch new aspirations of the company,  and also assist with all technical issues.

In the past, I was the floor and daily operations manager. I managed a staff of 30-35 people ensuring they had all the training, supplies, technical knowledge, and technical support that they required to complete their jobs. I was also in charge of the coverage, direction, goals, and overall support of the company's employees. I helped devise the company's policies directly with the owners of the company, and was in charge of instituting, training, and monitoring all said policies.  I was also in charge of launching and directing all new company ventures.

My jobs and duties at JL Martin Law included:

  • Acquiring and providing means to produce a homeowner loan modification
  • Co-launched and maintained a software program that aids in modification

Office Manager


I was sent to a computer certification course to become more proficient at using Microsoft Excel 2007. I am level 1 certified.

  • Ran the front desk and handled all incoming calls.
  • Monitored and ordered all office supplies.
  • Completed a wide variety of tasks as I began to work more closely with Bill Shott, the CEO of Hammerton. 
  • Searched for miscellaneous items needed.
  • Negotiated with retailers and distributors to achieve best cost.
  • Built databases using Microsoft Access 2007.
  • Debugged websites. 

I left Hammerton on my own volition as I saw local employment more conducive to my returning to college.

Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano

I started as a server at Biaggi's. After a certain time, I also began bartending in their service bar. Eventually I sought and attained a captain/Shift Supervisor position where I would be the manager on duty, handling all restaurant operations including nightly paperwork and closing duties.



I recently received my CCNA and Networks + certifications, and now know how to configure and maintain a small to medium sized network.
