I wa in charge of logistics and branch development, helping create and launch new aspirations of the company, and also assist with all technical issues.
In the past, I was the floor and daily operations manager. I managed a staff of 30-35 people ensuring they had all the training, supplies, technical knowledge, and technical support that they required to complete their jobs. I was also in charge of the coverage, direction, goals, and overall support of the company's employees. I helped devise the company's policies directly with the owners of the company, and was in charge of instituting, training, and monitoring all said policies. I was also in charge of launching and directing all new company ventures.
