Terex embarked on a strategy to deploy a global Oracle ERP system to all facilities. The strategy involves re-engineering nearly all business processes including Sales & Service, Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Engineering. Global Oracle Implementation is a large scale Project for Terex and the scope of project is 5 years, multiple countries, 45 sites, 6000 users. Currently it is implemented across 3 continents, 3 different business units with multiple languages and multiple currencies in a single Production instance.
Role: This is a very visible global position, responsible for providing an accurate overview of the project, lead & directs various representatives through the process of designing best practice, tracking milestones, providing status updates. The position requires me to work closely with the local Sales & Service project teams globally, to configure and implement processes as well as design the global Sales and Service module. In addition, I am also responsible for insuring that site specific requirements are designed, configured, and implemented to work in conjunction with the Global footprint and best practices. I manage work efforts of a global team of consultants and direct employees.

Role: My role involves the functional design, testing, integration and implementation of enterprise business applications. This also involves the Business Process Redesign in specific areas. Two companies are currently on Oracle Applications 10.7 on separate instance. While other two are currently using legacy system. We also did the impact analysis of various customizations in the different systems.
