Forecasted business health, developed strategy to re-brand the hotel, and overhauled aging capital to maximize guest appeal and profit.

  • Negotiated and contracted liquidation damages and re-position of franchise brand which was successfully approved by the franchisee (Rahi Corp.) and franchisor (Choice Hotels International);
  • Rebuilt higher performing staff team in three company departments (i.e. Guest Services, Engineering & Maintenance, and Housekeeping) from the ground up after existing company employees were poached by competitor employers in the local labor market;
  • Managed the complete hotel-wide renovation project, including FF&E, contractors/modelers, IT Network upgrades, etc.
