“Kathy and I worked together in two capacities -- we were partners together in Kilpatrick Stockton LLP and I worked for Kathy as outside counsel while she was General Counsel of Misys Healthcare Systems. Kathy is one of those rare lawyers that combines 1) deep substantive knowledge in a wide variety of legal areas, 2) the ability to give practical, how-to-get-it-done advice, 3) the uncommon talent of being able to connect and communicate well with technically-oriented people on legal issues, and 4) a pleasant, team-oriented personality. I recommend Kathy without reservation. I would be glad to discuss Kathy with anyone and expand on my very high opinion of her. Sincerely, Steve Gardner, Partner, Co-Chair of the Patent Litigation Group, Kilpatrick Stockton LLP” March 18, 2009
