Dick's Sporting Goods
  • Called other surrounding Dick’s Sporting Goods stores which allowed the transfer of information clearly and sufficiently. Calls were made for shoe transfers or to see if store carried certain shoe not sold at Vestal store.
  • Communicated with customers (between 75-100 per shift) in a friendly and professional manner by offering them shoe fittings and help with any sneaker, cleat or boot, etc. questions.

  • Perform various administrative tasks including answering multi-line switchboard, sorting and metering the mail, filing Payables, laminating flyers and signs, and scanning documents.
  • Perform basic front desk receptionist duties such as greeting guests, doing retail receipts for customers and Accounting office, and brewing coffee and keeping coffee supplies stocked and filled.

  • Tasks included following directions in planogram packet such as printing labels, moving shelves, pushing merchandise to the floor, etc.

  • Worked on floor sets after store hours which included moving and rearranging displays, bra and panty tables, bringing out new products to add/hang to shelves, putting up new advertisements, and cleaning floors and shelves.
  • Other duties included being on-call for whenever needed, always available for new training, inventory help, and store organization and clean-up.
  • Worked seasonal at GreeceRidge Mall Victoria’s Secret as cashier (November 2011-March 2012); included working Pink Nation events.
