My objective is to finish getting my education and become a teacher. I want to teach because I love working with children and seeing them learn.

Summary

My Name is Kendall Starbuck. I am 26 years old. I am married and have 2 children. My daughter, Sydney, is in the first grade and my son, Tucker, is three years old. I have been a homemaker for the past 3 years. My family and I are active members in Bay Springs Baptist Church. I am very involved in the children's and nursery departments in our church. During the school year we have an afterschool program on Wednesdays where we help the children with homework, teach bible drills, and feed them supper. I help in all areas of this program. I am currently on call as a substitute teacher and substitute cafeteria worker at my daughter's elementary. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. My goal is to earn a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and gain employment as a Teacher.

Retail sales. I am an active beauty consultant with Mary Kay. I have my own buissness doing this. I am in charge of everything from meeting new customers to recruiting new consultants. During my time with Mary Kay I have obtained Red Jacket status, which means I have had 6 consultants working under my leadership at one time. I have also been a star consultant several times.

I began working at Jasper County Farm Bureau as an Insurance Secretary. My job included customer service, answering telephones, and taking payments. I learned the various computer systems used and also learned a great deal about the insurance business. I was soon promoted to Federation Secretary which added many more responsibilities to my job. I organized and hosted all meetings, events, and trips taken by staff and the board of directors. All payroll, monies recieved and sent out, bookkeeping, and record keeping were my responsibility as well.
