Program Director

Education is constantly changing, providing a myriad of previously unavailable opportunities. Through the power of technology, teachers and students connect globally, collaborate and solve problems in real time. Connections occur in-person or online, blended, synchronous or asynchronous. Teachers are co-learners with students, modeling best practices to meet each student’s educational needs and passions. Effective professional development for educators guides the social process of learning, inspires, challenges and excites. Along with keeping abreast of new research and current trends, professional development leaders must model passionate learning and innovative thinking in an environment where every participant is valued.
