Responsible for Environmental Health and Safety for the manufacturing plant, including OSHA compliance as well as MOSHA compliance. Conduct training with all employees in performance of job duties and safety. Oversee all daily operations to include production scheduling, manpower, profit and loss, transportation, and any other necessary areas. Ensure all company goals are met in a timely manner and an adequate inventory is maintained. Manage the maintenance department. Ensure adequate supply of repair and maintenance parts. Responsible for solicitation of bid's from vendors, management of maintenance budget, and employee development. Developed P.M. system and implemented Lockout/Tagout program to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Responsible for the plants safety program to include all OSHA recording, as well as implementing a hazardous waste program. Preformed maintenance on all plant machinery, as well as fabrication and repairs.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
