Objective

Summary

Currently I am working as a Marketing Executive in Panacea Infotech Pvt. Ltd (www.panaceatek.com), Panacea is a web designing and development company located at Pune Maharashtra. I am employed in this company from Feb 2008 to Present.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Cold calling to get new projects.
  • Bidding on the lead genearation sites to get new projects. (e.g. GAF, Elance, Guru, GAC, etc.) 
  • Replying the enquiries and converting them. 

Client Handling:

  • Experience of dealing with offshore Clients (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, etc).
  • Coordinating with the clients from initial discussion and finalisation of the project to completion and final delevery of the project.
  • Understanding the project specification provided by the clients and preparing a functioanl document of the project for the clients.
  • Freeze the requirements, track down the additional requirements
  • Getting the payments for the work done from the clients.

Project Management and Execution:

  • Preparing functional document / phase wise breakup plan for the technical team.
  • Task allocation and team building.
  • Getting regular updates for the project from the technical team and get the work done within the estimated time frame.
  • Keep check on the project if it is going in the right track as specified by the client.

Business Development:

  • Finding out various alternative ways to get the business to the company.
  • Prepared business plans for launching website owned by our company and actively put my ideas to get maximum revenues through it and get it popular.
  • My extreme goal was to take my company at a higher level and had described and implemented my ideas and plans to make it one of the best companies in its technical arena.

Vendors Management:

  • Communicating with providers regarding the projects. 
  • Finalizing the providers for outsourcing the project with cost and time frame. 
  • Managing the providers database for future projects.
  • Preparing the functional doc for the providers / Freelancers.
  • Getting regular reviews and updates from the providers, provide it to the clients for review and forward their feedback to the provider company. 
  • Maintain proper communication with both the client and the provider and get the projects completed on time frame.
