Head of marketing department for 200+ person engineering consulting firm, overseeing all internal and external communications, events management, graphics, collateral development, product launches, website development, and branding standards.
·Develop and manage marketing strategy for company and each of five business
units, incorporating management objectives and company mission.
·Oversee all event management for internal and external company events including tradeshows, workshops, employee functions, seminars, and educational events.
·Manage the other members of the marketing team, including the Corporate Graphics Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and Corporate Technical Writer.
·Edit or write copy for all collateral, newsletters, press releases and any printed or electronic pieces for the company.
·Establish graphic, promotional, and branding standards for the company.
·Oversee the reworking of all current collateral pieces, including rewriting and re-designing all pieces.
·Editor In Chief for the company external newsletter, News & Views, as well as the internal company newsletter, The Inside View.
·Develop and write process and procedures for company policy manual, including client relationship, sales, event, and cancellation policies.
·Create and execute creative marketing campaigns for all internal clients including HR and recruiting departments, as well as for product and business unit managers.
·Manage budget for marketing department, directing expenditures annually, and reporting budgeting plans to the company CFO.
·Head of CRM implementation program (Deltek Vision) for company, also creating and leading training program for all employees, and creating and executing internal marketing campaign.
