Director of Events

The COR Project

Drove the planning and execution of more than 12 large-scale events throughout the U.S., some hosting up to 2,000 for a four-hour event, including world-class artists, performers and video production.

Travelled to nine markets, including Houston, Milwaukee and New York, overseeing all production activities, coordinating vendors and a core team of more than 15 artists, dancers and musicians for each event.

Developed and implemented a standard event manual documenting key processes, timelines, resource requirements, market pricing and production templates enabling teams to execute events in as quickly as 60 days – rolled out across all markets.

Advised team leads on promoting and building the event on-site recommending innovative social media and print strategies.

Managed 1 of the top 10% of accredited organizations of its kind, overseeing all education and adventure/leadership activities for over 1,700 participants.

Effectively managed and mentored staff of 65+ responsible for enrichment, support and safety of up to 250 clients per session, building a strong bench of returning leaders.
