Field Manager and Client Service Manager

As a Field Manager I focused on improving international programs business and ensure excellent program management. I worked closely with international clients providing in-country support, project organization, class scheduling, housing, travel, and responding to any other needs that clients have. Simultaneously, I managed a number of projects (15-22) and a number of volunteers (10-75) while they were taking part of our service learner experience in Peru.
As a Client Service Manager I worked closely with international learners, clients, and volunteers providing in-country support, sales, client service, class scheduling, housing, travel, and responding to any other needs that clients had.
