Sales Specialist

  • Responsible for greeting and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience, taking into account budget, personality, and style to help customers pick outfits and accessories they will love.
  • Build personal relationships with frequent customers to encourage retention and repeat business. Place follow-up calls or text messages to offer news about sales, check how the customer is liking their purchase. and ensure they remain happy after the sale and want to return to the store in the future.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized sales floor to ensure customers are able to easily find what they are looking for..
  • Assist Supervisors and Managers with various tasks during busy periods or vacations, and keep the sales department running smoothly when Management is occupied with other tasks.
