  • Handle day-to-day Admin operation related FOH activities: minute meetings and complete research, prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, manage and maintain e-mail account and filter urgent correspondence, handling schedule. 
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of documents and electronic correspondence.
  • Maintain Customer database  in coordination with other departments.
  • Marketing support for the department in coordination with corporate communication on project , Customer surveys.
