CLAIMS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
PREFERRED MANAGING AGENCY
Assists with setting up and assigning insurance claims to the adjusting team; index documents faxed, mailed, and emailed into our mailroom and research which claims they belong to; review, print and seal up letters going out to insureds, attorneys, public adjusters, etc.; write, cut, review, and mail out checks; keep tally of daily, monthly, and yearly claims total count. Assist with other tasks as needed.
