Catering Staff

Middle of The Island Fine Dining Catering Company (Wilmington (910) 619-2368: (Izzy; hiring and scheduling manager)).

Prep reception area, pour and serve champagne, serve h'orderves, keep drinks filled. Afterwards, we clean and pack up after the guests have left. (Also do lots of traveling for events; anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half travel time). Currently still an employee, but business is very slow, and hours are very limited.
