Senior Consultant & Customer Success Manager
In this role, I work with key enterprise customers to solve business challenges and drive value through product alignment, innovation and enhanced customer experience for a Salesforce ISV partner.
SuMo is a 100% force.com native application that can be added to the Salesforce platform via AppExchange that helps businesses to increase sales performance by helping them create a healthy pipeline, motivate more of the winning sales behaviours & eliminate careless sales habits.
My key responsibilities in this role is to ensure customer success through scoping and delivering projects to drive behaviours that depict success and ultimately improve business performance both in Salesforce and sales teams.
I lead the technical delivery for more complex requirements for our customers, as well as create self-service resources to help ease implementations or to educate customers on how they can get the most out of SuMo’s features.
