Substitute Teacher

The O'Quinn Schools of Porter Gaud

I fill in for a teacher once a month. Substitute teach for ages 2-kindergarten. Complete lessons, read stories, and play games with children. Get children ready for nap and snack time. Organize, supervise, and help children do crafts and other activities.


Agent Assistant


I directly assisted one of Prudential's agents with daily tasks.

Some tasks include: taking pictures of properties, loading pictures on the MLS, coordinated open houses, delivered signs and handouts.

BS Biology

College of Charleston


Recent graduate with BS in Biology and minor in Psychology from the School of Science and Mathematics at the College of Charleston. Was active in student organizations and held executive roles. Volunteered with many organizations including: Charleston Miracle League, Hope Lodge, and Ronald McDonald House. Was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Currently completing research on memory with Dr. Dan Greenberg at the College of Charleston. Plans to attend graduate school in psychology.

Volunteer Work

  • Charleston Miracle League: helped children with physical and mental challenges to play baseball.
  • Ronald McDonald House: participated in Chore-Free Day in which other students and completed the household chores for the day for the residents of the house.
  • American Red Cross: raised money for the American Red Cross by having a bake sale.
  • Hope Lodge (a house for those receiving cancer treatment in Charleston): helped cook dinner for the residents of Hope Lodge.
  • Ronald McDonald House: Each year at Halloween, Valentine's Day and Easter, the American Student Dental Association of College of Charleston makes treat bags for children staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
  • Cooper River Bridge Run: volunteered with the National Pre-Health Honor Society (AED) to hand out water to the runners and clean up after the race.
  • Habitat for Humanity: I helped build a house with Habitat for Humanity.


  • Member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, the National Pre-health Honor Society

  • Secretary and member of College of Charleston's American Student Dental Association

Research Experience

Currently working in the lab of Dr. Dan Greenberg at the College of Charleston testing participants on memory and language tasks, collecting data, and programming computer software for tests.
