Life Mission

I am a Certified Professional Coach and Expressive Arts Practitioner that integrates traditional coaching concepts and creative expression to facilitate change.

I design and facilitate strength based curriculum and bring them to places where people live, work, hang out or confined: nursing homes, hospitals, community centers, non profit organizations, youth programs, schools and churches. Each program is individually designed to meet the needs of the diverse population for which it serves. While these groups are not considered “therapy”, the intention is to create an environment that is strength-based and conducive for deep learning and transformation.

I draw from more than 20 years of practical and experiential learning in depth/transpersonal psychology, meditation, expressive arts, energy therapies and coaching to my work. I have lived outside the United States, in a spiritual community, traveled through Mexico by bus, Peru by tugboat and Thailand by rail. All my travels have been solo journeys.  I have a deep sense of respect for the lessons learned along the way from " the great human family" as it expressed itself through varied cultures and socio economic structures. As a result of my training and life experiences, I possess a deep understanding of the human personality and its' potential.

I merge concepts from the fields of personal success and motivation, creative expression, new sciences, positive psychology and spirituality in my work. I have studied with some of the most renowned teachers in my chosen fields including the Person Centered Approach and Expressive Art Therapy (Natalie Rogers, Ph.D.), The Pathwork and Core Energetics (John Pierrakos, M.D.) and Emotional Freedom Technique founder Gary Craig. My coaching credential was earned through the internationally recognized Coach Training Institute.

My greatest passion lies in empowering people through cognitive and experiential learning.  My clients know me for my ability to get to the heart of the matter, quickly, free from judgment. I work with some of the most profound methods available today for shifting emotion and working with the subconscious mind to powerfully restructure beliefs that are counter productive to living an empowered life.

People working with me learn tangible skills to help them clear negative beliefs, patterns and emotions so that they can make conscious choices about how they want to live.

I love integrating creative processes into my work because they facilitate whole brain thinking.  This provides access to ones deepest knowing in ways that the rational mind often filters.

I Love Working With:

At Risk or Underserved Young Women

Women In or Approaching Mid Life

Women who want more clarity, freedom of expression and connection

Underserved and Disadvantaged Populations
