  I have taken on many other  management responsibilities.  I take the product  inventory and handle the ordering  and recieving with the distributors. I take the lead in promoting and marketing new products and conduct market surveys as to what changes or commodities our patrons would like to see . I attend monthly alcohol board meetings to stay informed of loal and state law changes and  other news that affects our business. I also field calls and meet  with potential clientele for the purpose of booking and scheduling private events at the facility as well as identifing and retaining various maintenance contractors. I am trusted with  large amounts of money to write company checks and make bank deposits.
