o       As Vice President of Finance, responsible for development and implementation of:

  • Cash flow reporting system – provided clarity to organizational expensing
  • Cash distribution system – increased control over  cash budget
  • Projected budget – developed and accurately followed annual budget projections
  • Fundraising program –  increased yearly revenues two-fold

o       As Member of Executive Board, lobbied successfully for the development and implementation of:

  • Committee system – provided a much-needed support system for e-Board members
  • Brotherhood chair position – helped boost organizational spirit and morale
  • Safe-driver program –  ensured safety of brothers, while significantly reducing risk
