Personnel Management: including interviewing, hiring, training and supervision of appropriately credentialed addiction call specialist. Ensure that specialists are aware of best practices in substance abuse treatment.
Program Management: including identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization in service delivery, connecting callers to treatment services, oversight of overall operation , 24/7scheduling, preparing for accreditation opportunities, and assisting with updating data content and structure for ease of use during referral process.
