MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - HR
SAKTHI FINANCE LIMITED
*Getting information related to Manpower requirements in terms of vacancies, replacements and reserve force.
*Coordinating with department head in updating the manpower requirement.
*Designing Job descriptions and specifications.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
*Sourcing candidates through internal and External sources.
*Conducting psychometric tests and recording of basic information’s for the rest of the process
* Conducting Behavioral assessments / interviews.
* Salary fixation and negotiation.
* Issuance of order/ post selection activities.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
* Coordinating Induction programs, review meetings, Leadership development exercises and nominating top executives for developmental exercises.
* Coordination in Designing Training calendar & Budgeting.
* Categorizing sales force based on the performance on a quarterly basis.
* Coordinating with the appraise and the appraiser in the process of probation clearance / performance feedbacks.
HRIS & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
*Updating HRIS in all existing HR activities and Keeping track of the same.
* Active participation in implementation of new HRIS.
*Coordination in statutory norms such as ESI, P.F, Gratuity etc...
*Conducted Exit interviews for the resigned candidates through direct & telephonic interviews.
*Communicating the responses to the superiors for further action.
