Máté Kovács

Expert Logistics Planner at Robert Bosch

Summary

I have been working at Robort Bosch Hatvan Hungary (RBHH) nearly 4 years. For two years I was responsible for making kanban cards and handle the kanban system.  I also had to plan the milkrun routes in the factory to reduce and optimze their lead time . From the second half of  2015 I had another scope of duties like the production and the customer planning. In this field I had to plan the production to fulfill the customer demands, procurement the materials  and keep the contact with the suppliers. Currently I am doing some task force activities for the GS-TC Project.
