Provided intensive three-week pre-employment training for middle and high school youths ages 14 16.
- Developed a network of business support to place youths in jobs.
- Taught teens how to effectively find, apply, and interview for jobs.
- Engaged businesses to partner with Common Wealth Development to show our participants how to provide superior customer service and exceed employer expectations.
