My professional experience has covered 20 years in the HR area with particular emphasis in the HRIS and Compensation worlds. My SPHR and CCP knowledge and application has only enhanced my professional effectiveness. Current passion is to optimize HR processes and provide actionable HR information by the efficient use of technology. Or in other words to get HR people stop using paper and start using technology to make their lives easier and have greater influence within the organization.

Supervise three staff members in the processing and optimizing the data going into these systems.
