Take care of guest by explaining new items, answering any questions and becoming personal with them so that the guest feel comfortable and at home as well as food and drink orders. When bar tending, I made sure that not only the guest I took care of had drinks, but made alcoholic beverages for the rest of the restaurant. Also, I was able to connect with guest on a more personal level by spending more time with them.
