Working within the mainframe OS/390 group (MVS/UNIX/VM) providing senior level support representation for security system product (TOP SECRET). Broad based understanding of CA Top Secret and its facilities. Responsible for providing detailed problem analysis for client issues, recommendations for security enhancements and help in establishing procedures for security modifications. Provide senior management with status reports on all open and closed issues and develop documentation for product changes and enhancements. On a daily basis, * Review client issues and determine severity and scope of their problem.* Code and test the technical changes needed for problem resolution.* Act as client interface and support for detailed instructions on installing solutions and enhancements.* Develop written recommendations for production installation of all modified jobs or procedures. * Member of "On-Call Team" for handling Production problems.
